2. Technologies currently used

We store a record named lunchbox_cookie_preference_v1 in local storage after you select Accept or Deny. It contains your choice, a policy version, and the date of the choice. This is necessary to remember your preference. It remains until you clear browser storage or replace your choice through “Cookie settings.”

Admin session storage

The separate admin portal uses session storage to keep an authorized staff session active within the current browser tab. It is not used for customer advertising and is removed when staff sign out or the browser session ends.

Operational data

Our hosting and backend providers may process request logs, IP addresses, timestamps, errors, and security information needed to deliver and protect their services. These records are not controlled by the cookie buttons in your browser.

3. Optional cookies

No optional analytics or advertising cookies are currently active. Selecting “Accept optional cookies” records consent in case we add clearly disclosed optional functionality later; it does not currently activate any analytics or advertising service. Selecting “Deny optional cookies” records that optional technologies must remain disabled.

4. Third-party services

When Square payment services are enabled, or when you leave our site for AppiSpot booking, maps, or social platforms, those services may use cookies under their own policies. Your choice on this website does not control storage placed directly by a third-party site you visit.

5. Managing your choice

Use the Accept or Deny buttons in the cookie notice. You can reopen the notice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. You may also clear or block browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may cause the site to ask for your preference again or affect essential functionality.

6. Global Privacy Control

We do not currently sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. If that changes, we intend to honor legally required opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where applicable.

7. Changes to this policy

If our use of cookies or similar technologies changes, we will update this page, revise the date, and request consent when legally required before enabling optional technologies.
