Lunch Box is committed to providing an inclusive experience. We are working to make this website accessible and usable across devices and assistive technologies. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a technical goal, while recognizing that accessibility requires ongoing testing and improvement.

Measures we take

Third-party services

Live menu, location, and order-status data are delivered through Convex. The site also loads Google Fonts and may link to Google Maps, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other external sites. We do not control every aspect of those services, but we want to help if a third-party experience creates a barrier. Contact us and describe the task you were trying to complete.

Physical access and accommodations

Because pickup may be from a truck or changing service location, call about the accessible route, service counter, communication assistance, service animals, or another accommodation before your visit when possible. We will work with you to provide reasonable access consistent with applicable law.
